how to connect Kodak printer to wireless network ?

Here are two methods to install your kodak printer to wireless network.

Make sure that you are conncted with your network and your printer is connected with your router. open your router setup page by your default gateway ip and put your user name and password. click ok
in the left hand side click on printer server
in printer server setting
click on enable on board printer server. type your printer name and model no. and click on save and apply.
close your browser. now follow some instruction’s–

1 step by tcp/ip port –
click on start
go to devices and printers
click on add a printer
then click on add a local printer
you can choose create a new port-
now choose standard tcp/ip port
click next.
then choose device type- auto detect or choose tcp/ip device.
now in ip address or hostname type your computer ip address.
you can check your ip address through cmd and in cmd type ipconfig.
hit enter you can see there your ip address
click next.
now you can see there a list of your manufacturer printer
select your printer brand name and now choose printer model no.
if you are not able to see your printer model no. then click on windows update
click on next
name your printer click next
if you want to share your printer with other laptop you can make changes if dont want to share your printer click next.
make as your default printer
now click on print test page to check out your connection that are connected with your printer.
click on finish.
if your printer is not working then right click on your printer and click on troubleshoot.
it will fix the problem connection between your printer and laptop.

2 step- Wireless or bluetooth-
click on start
go to devices and printers
click on add a printer
click on add a network wireless or bluetooth printer.
it search your network for wireless printer.
click on your printer and click next.
a pop up come on your computer that printer is installing..
name your printer and click next.
if you want to share your printer with other laptop you can make changes if dont want to share your printer click next.
make as your default printer
now click on print test page to check out your connection that are connected with your printer.
click on finish.
if your printer is not working then right click on your printer and click on troubleshoot.
it will fix the problem connection between your printer and laptop.

How do i setup Kodak printer ?

Here are two step to install your kodak printer..

  • If you don’t have cd then download your printer driver form your manufacturer printer site and download your printer driver with your model no.
  • Now connect your printer with your laptop with usb cable and run your printer driver from your computer.
  • Now follow the instruction ..
  • Now your printer are installed.

    The other way to manually add your printer-
  • Click on start
  • Go to devices and printers
  • Click on add a printer
  • Now click on add a local printer by usb-
  • Don’t do anything you can choose use an existing port.
  • click on next.
  • Now you can see there a list of your manufacturer printer. 
  • Select your printer brand name and now choose printer model no.
  • If you are not able to see your printer model no. then click on windows update.
  • Click on next.
  • Name your printer.
  • Click next.
  • Make as your default printer.
  • Now click on print test page to check out your connection that are connected with your printer.
  • Click on finish.Check your printer is working or not.
  • If your printer is not working then right click on your printer icon and click on troubleshoot.

It will fix the problem connection between your printer and laptop.
